Studio Suite Rates (1-3 people)

High Season - Mid May to End of September - Weeknights $150/night, Weekends $190/night

Low Season - End of September to Mid May - $130/night

Additional Fees - Third Guest is $30 per night

Discounts: 7+ Nights, 20% discount, 30+ nights 40% discount

Children 2 and under - Free (Please ask for additional baby amenities if required, ie. playpen, high chair, etc.)

Junior Suite Rates (2-5 people)

High Season - Mid May to End of September - Weeknights $210/night, Weekends $250/night

Low Season - End of September to Mid May - $180/night

Additional Fees - Fifth Guest is $30 per night

Discounts: 7+ Nights, 20% discount, 30+ nights 40% discount

Children 2 and under - Free (Please ask for additional baby amenities if required, ie. playpen, high chair, etc.)

Rules:

• Residential neighbourhood - noise and clothing consideration required when using outdoor spaces including patios and Jacuzzi

• Quiet time is requested between 10 pm and 7 am

• Cleanliness is required in all shared spaces including shared patios and Jacuzzi area

• No smoking inside the suite at any time under any circumstance

• No pets allowed

• Furniture must remain in place. No furniture can be moved in or out of the suite at any time.

• Please request permission to have visitors onsite

• Prior to check-out, please ensure all dishes are washed and all garbage and recycling is placed in waste bins

• Please note: Aloha Victoria is a Garden Suite on the lower level of our family home.

Payment: 

All of Aloha Victoria Studio Suite prices are quoted in Canadian dollars on www.alohavictoria.com. Payment is in Canadian funds only. A deposit on the suite is due within 2 days of the date we put the suite on "hold" for you.

The total cost of the suite will include the cost of the accommodation for the time period being rented plus the any related booking fees unless you book directly through Aloha Victoria at www.alohavictoria.com (see Airbnb or VRBO for details on their booking fees).

The initial deposit of 50% of the cost of the suite will be charged and collected via email money transfer or credit card. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. The balance includes the final 50% of the suite payable the same way you made your deposit. If the balance is not paid 30 days prior to check-in, the reservation and deposit would be forfeited.

Payment Fees:

After you click submit, within 24 hours, you will receive an invoice. If you choose to pay via credit card, you will be charged a 3.5% transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. (See Airbnb or VRBO for details on their cancellation policy).
